Hear a trade call get answered.

Pretend you're a customer calling your shop. The phone gets answered the way it would for a real one.

Tap to call the demo(856) 522-4614

It's a demo, so no call details go to a real shop. Demo calls are 2 minutes max.

Try asking like a customer would

  • “My AC stopped blowing cold. Can someone come out tomorrow?”
  • “Can someone come out tomorrow?”

What happens

  1. It answers. Friendly, right away, no hold music.
  2. It gets the details. Name, number, what's needed, and a good time, then reads them back.
  3. The owner gets them. At a real shop, those details land in the owner's email.

Marketing for contractors: what actually brings in jobs

Contractor marketing does not have to mean a long agency contract or posting every day. Homeowners hire contractors in a predictable way. Something breaks or a project comes up, they search Google or ask a neighbor, look at photos and reviews, and call two or three companies. The contractor who answers, quotes clearly and follows up usually gets the job. These basics win more of that work, whatever your trade:

  • A complete Google Business Profile. The right categories, your service area, real job photos and steady new reviews put you on the map when homeowners search.
  • A website with a page for each service. Each kind of job gets its own page, so Google can match each search to the right one.
  • Every call answered. You cannot pick up on a roof, in an attic or behind a mower. A caller who hits voicemail usually calls the next company.
  • Every estimate followed up. Big jobs take time to decide. Friendly check ins at 3, 10 and 30 days keep your estimate in the running.
  • A review asked for after every job. Fresh reviews from nearby homeowners are what make someone choose you.
  • Past customers reminded. Seasonal service, maintenance and the next project. The easiest job you will ever win is from someone who already paid you.

That is the contractor marketing we run for you every month on one flat plan. You keep doing the work. The office side stays covered.

Contractor website design that gets the phone to ring

A good contractor website is not a brochure. It is built for a homeowner with a problem and a phone in hand. It needs to load fast, show real work and make calling or asking for an estimate easy. Every contractor website we build includes:

  • Your phone number at the top, with one tap to call on any phone.
  • A page for each service you offer, written in plain words so homeowners and Google both understand it.
  • Pages for the towns you work in, each written for that town instead of copied with the name swapped.
  • Your own photos and reviews, including before and after shots from real jobs.
  • A short estimate form, so a homeowner can send details at 10 PM and hear back the next morning.
  • Hours and service area that match your Google profile.

Your website is included on every plan with no setup or build fees, and we keep it updated every month. You keep your domain, your site and your customer list. See sample sites for Greenline Lawn Co. and Comfort Air HVAC (fictional businesses).

An answering service for contractors, built for the job site

When you cannot answer, we answer on your existing number, day or night. We get what the caller needs in their own words, their address or town and the best time to call back, read it back to confirm, and email you the details right away. Callers who opt in to texts get a quick text in your company's name so they know their request landed.

We never quote prices and never book on your calendar, so you decide which estimates to go out on and when. Want to hear it? Call the demo line above. More on call answering

General contractor marketing starts with the estimates you already wrote

For general contractors and remodelers, the biggest leak is rarely a lack of leads. It is estimates that get one email and then silence while the homeowner thinks it over. We follow up for you, politely and in your company's name:

  • 3 days after the estimate: a short check in asking if they have questions.
  • 10 days: a friendly reminder that the estimate is still open.
  • 30 days: one last note, then we stop. Follow-up stops the moment they book or say no.
  • After the job: a review request, and a reminder later for the next project or seasonal service.

Replies come straight to you, so you close the job yourself.

Contractor marketing questions, straight answers

What is the best way to advertise a construction company?

Start where homeowners already look. Keep your Google Business Profile complete with real job photos, ask every customer for a review, and have a website with a page for each service and the towns you work in. Then add paid reach: Facebook and Instagram ads in your service area, yard signs on finished jobs with the owner's OK, and targeted postcards to homes near your best work. Answer every call and follow up on every estimate, or the advertising is wasted.

How to get more customers in construction?

Win more of the people who already contact you, then reach more. Answer calls even from the job site, reply to forms the same day, and follow up on every estimate at 3, 10 and 30 days. Ask for a review after every job, keep past customers on a reminder list for the next project, and show finished work on your Google profile and website. Referrals grow when customers are asked and thanked.

How much does it cost to build a contractor website?

It depends on who builds it and what is included. A template you set up yourself costs mostly your time, while a custom build from a designer or agency is usually a one time fee, often with hosting and updates billed separately. With us, your contractor website is included in every plan from $279/mo, with no setup or build fees, and we keep it updated every month.

How to build a contractor website?

Build it for a homeowner on a phone. Put your number at the top with one tap to call, give each service its own page, add pages for the towns you work in, show your own project photos and reviews, list your license and insurance details if your trade requires them, and add a short estimate form. Keep your hours and service area matched to your Google profile.

Is there an answering service for contractors?

Yes. Calls you miss on the job are answered day or night on every plan. We get the caller's name, number, address or town, what they need and a good time to call back, read it back to confirm and email it to you right away. We never quote prices and never book on your calendar, so you stay in charge of your schedule.

How much do contractors pay for leads?

It varies a lot by trade, area and site, and lead sites change their terms often, so check current pricing before you buy. Shared leads are often sent to several contractors at once, so speed matters. Leads from your own Google profile, website, reviews and past customers have no per lead fee, which is why we focus there first.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You keep your existing number. We email simple steps so calls you miss forward to us with a short code you dial on your phone. Nothing changes on your trucks, signs or cards.

Do you work with general contractors and other trades?

Yes. The same plan works for general contractors, remodelers and specialty trades, not just landscaping, roofing and HVAC. Each service you offer gets its own page, and follow-up and reminders are set to the way your jobs are sold. See all industries for trade by trade details.

Is texting extra?

No. Texting is included in every plan. Carrier registration takes a week minimum, so texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve it, about 1 to 2 weeks after signup. Premium targeted postcards and the $99/mo ordering add-on, which sends phone and online orders straight into your Clover or Square, are the only add-ons, billed separately. We text only customers who opted in.

We work with shops anywhere in the United States. Our first focus is New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware.
