Copyright
© 2026 BuiltForShops LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. Everything on builtforshops.com is ours unless we say otherwise: the wording, page layouts, sample sites, graphics, scorecard and code. You're welcome to read it, share a link to it, and quote a line or two with a link back.
Please don't copy pages, sample sites, pricing tables or code to build your own site or sell a look-alike service. That's not allowed without our written OK.
Some photos on the site come from other people and are used under their licenses. Credits are shown where the license asks for them, and those photos stay theirs.
Trademark
Please don't use the name or logo in a way that makes people think you are us, or that we work with you, when we don't.

Email: mark@builtforshops.com
Subject line: DMCA notice

BuiltForShops LLC is our designated agent. The same details are on our Copyright / DMCA notices page.
Under the law (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)), your notice needs to include all of these:
- Your signature. A typed full name at the end of the email is fine, if you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
- What work you think was copied, for example a photo, an article or a page. If there are several, a list is fine.
- Where the copied material is on our site, with the exact web address, so we can find it.
- How to reach you: your name, mailing address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't allowed by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
We read every notice and reply by email. If a notice is complete, we take the material down or disable access to it while we sort it out. Please know that sending a notice with false claims can make you responsible for damages.
