How we work with you, wherever you are
Almost everything happens online and by phone, so a shop in Pennsylvania or Ohio gets the same setup as a shop down the road from us in South Jersey. Here is what it looks like:
- Sign up. Pick a plan with a short form and secure checkout. No setup fees.
- Fill out the setup form. Your services, the towns you work, your hours and a few photos. It takes a few minutes.
- Check your site. We build it and send it to you before it goes live. Shops are usually live within 1 to 3 days of paying.
- Texting turns on. Carrier registration takes about 1 to 2 weeks after signup, then texts go out in your business's name to customers who opted in.
- Every month after that, we keep your site and Google profile current, ask for reviews, follow up on leads and bring past customers back. You get one plain report by email.

What's the same in every state
Where your shop is doesn't change the price or what you get:
- The same three plans and prices, with no setup fees and no extra charge for being outside New Jersey.
- You own it. Your domain, your site, your customer list and your data stay yours.
- Nothing posts without your OK. Review replies and anything public are drafted for you to approve.
- Texts only go to customers who opted in, and they can reply STOP anytime.
- Billed monthly, or prepay yearly at signup. Cancel anytime.
- No promises we can't keep. We don't promise leads, calls, jobs or rankings. We do the work every month, and your report shows it.

Your site gets pages for the towns you serve, wherever they are, and ads on System+ and System++ are shown to people in those towns.
Questions about where we work
Do you work with shops outside New Jersey?
Yes. We work with independent shops across the U.S. Our focus is New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York and Delaware, but setup is online and support is by email and phone, so any state works. The plans and prices are the same everywhere.
How much should a small business pay for marketing?
It depends on what one new customer is worth to you. Start with the basics that keep paying off: a good website, a current Google profile, steady reviews and answering every call. Our plans start at $279/mo for all of that. System+ is $697/mo with $200/mo in ad spend included, and System++ is $947/mo with $400/mo in ad spend included. There are no setup fees.
What is the 70/20/10 rule in marketing?
It is a way to split a budget: about 70% on what already works, 20% on new ideas that build on it, and 10% on experiments. For a small shop, the 70% is usually the basics: your website, Google profile, reviews and following up with past customers.
Do you have an office I can visit?

Are you a marketing agency?
Not in the usual sense. We don't sell campaigns or retainers. We do the same core work for every shop each month on one plan: website, Google profile, reviews, calls answered, follow-up and bringing past customers back, plus ads on System+ and System++.
Do you run search ads?
No. We don't run search ads. On System+ and System++, we run Facebook and Instagram ads shown to people in the towns you serve, with $200/mo or $400/mo in ad spend included.
Can my restaurant take online orders?
Yes, with the $99/mo ordering add-on. Phone and online orders go straight into your Clover or Square. No Clover or Square? We set you up with Stripe.
Do I have to be in one of the towns you have pages for?
No. The area pages are towns we've written about so far. Your own site gets pages for the towns you serve, wherever you are.
