Straight answers

Do you work with showrooms as well as installers?

Yes. The follow-up and reviews work the same. The Google profile and website part helps showrooms the most.

Is texting extra?

No. Texting is included in every plan. Carrier registration takes a week minimum, so texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve it, about 1 to 2 weeks after signup. Premium targeted postcards and ordering are the only add-ons, billed separately. We text only customers who opted in.

Do you work with shops outside my area?

Yes. We work with independent businesses nationwide, not just one region. Setup is online and support is by email and phone.
