Straight answers

Do you contact my customers' neighbors?

No. We only reach people you already have, or who ask for you. Referrals come from your customers.

Is texting extra?

No. Texting is included in every plan. Carrier registration takes a week minimum, so texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve it, about 1 to 2 weeks after signup. Premium targeted postcards and ordering are the only add-ons, billed separately. We text only customers who opted in.

Do you work with shops outside my area?

Yes. We work with independent businesses nationwide, not just one region. Setup is online and support is by email and phone.
