Straight answers
Do messages include health information?
Reminders stay general, like 'time to schedule your next visit'. You approve the wording, and nothing about treatment goes out.
Is texting extra?
No. Texting is included in every plan. Carrier registration takes a week minimum, so texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve it, about 1 to 2 weeks after signup. Premium targeted postcards and ordering are the only add-ons, billed separately. We text only customers who opted in.
Do you work with shops outside my area?
Yes. We work with independent businesses nationwide, not just one region. Setup is online and support is by email and phone.
