Premium targeted postcards · add-on

Postcard marketing that reaches the neighbors you want, designed and mailed for you.

A large card on thick premium stock, designed for your shop, printed at top quality and mailed to the addresses you want to reach. We handle the list, design, printing, postage and mailing. Mail once or every month. You approve the proof, then get a short results report: cards mailed, QR scans, web visits and form requests.

Why premium

Stands out in the mailbox

A 6x9 card is bigger than a standard 4x6 postcard and most of the mail it arrives with, so it gets seen before the rest of the pile.

Heavier stock

Thick premium card stock feels solid in the hand and holds up in the mail instead of arriving bent or scuffed.

Better targeting

We build the address lists in-house from property records, mail-route data and your past jobs, so cards go to addresses that fit the work you want. Every list is checked against USPS address and move records before printing.

Full design done for you

Copy, layout, photos and a QR code to your site, fresh for every mailing. You just approve the proof.

Highest-quality print

Full color on both sides. We check every proof before anything prints.

Who gets your cards

You decide exactly who gets them. Mix and match any of these:

We build the list in-house and check every address before printing. We don't promise responses or results.

Postcard packages

Proof in 2 business days. In mailboxes about 2 to 3 weeks after you approve it.

Every package is premium. There is no cheaper tier; only the number of cards changes. Cards go to targeted addresses from lists we build, to your own customer list (you confirm you may mail it), or both.

Mail once or every month. The price per card is the same either way, with no monthly discount.

How it works

  • You tell us what to mail. The areas you work, who to reach, your offer and your logo. Add your customer list if you like.
  • We build the list. Addresses that fit your work around your service area, checked against USPS address and move records.
  • We design and send a proof. You approve it or ask for changes. Nothing prints until you approve.
  • We print and mail. Postage paid, USPS paperwork handled.
  • You get a results report. Each mailing gets its own QR code and short link. The report shows cards mailed, QR scans, web visits and form requests for the dates covered. It comes 14 days after the estimated delivery date, and every 30 days on a monthly plan.

Three plans

  • System · $279/mo. Website, Google profile, reviews, calls answered, every lead followed up and past customers brought back.
  • System+ · $697/mo. Everything in System, plus ads run for you. $200/mo in ad spend included.
  • System++ · $947/mo. $400/mo in ad spend included.

Billed monthly, or prepay yearly at signup. No setup fees. We're a newer platform, so the first 500 shops lock in founding pricing for life. Live within 1 to 3 days of paying. Postcards are an add-on. Compare plans

What postcard marketing is, and why it still works for shops

Postcard marketing means mailing a printed card with your offer to the homes you want as customers. There is no envelope to open, so your name, photo and offer are seen the moment the mail comes in. A good card often sits on the counter or the fridge for days, which gives people time to scan the QR code or call when they are ready.

Direct mail postcards work best for shops with a clear service area and a clear reason to call: a seasonal service, a new customer offer, a crew already working nearby, or a reminder that it is time again. They reach people who are not searching for you yet, which makes them a good partner to your Google profile, which catches the people who already are.

  • Good for: home services, auto repair, restaurants, salons, gyms and any shop where customers come from a few miles around.
  • Less useful for: businesses that sell mostly online to customers spread across the country.
  • Works best with: a website and phone line ready to catch the calls the card brings in. Every card links to your site with its own QR code.

EDDM, targeted direct mail or your own customer list

Most postcard mailings go out one of three ways. Each one fits a different goal.

TypeWho gets itBest for
Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM)Every address on the postal routes you pick, addressed to Postal CustomerBlanketing a whole neighborhood at the lowest postage, when almost everyone is a possible customer
Targeted direct mailSpecific addresses picked from a list: homeowners, home value, year built, lot size, recent buyers, or the neighbors of your jobsReaching only the homes that fit the work you want, so fewer cards are wasted
Your own customer listPeople who already bought from youBringing past customers back for the next visit or the next season

Our postcards are targeted direct mail, not EDDM. Every card is addressed to a home on a list we build in house and check against USPS address and move records before printing. You can add your own customer list too, as long as you confirm you may mail it.

What makes a postcard get a call

People decide in a few seconds whether a card goes on the counter or in the recycling. The cards that get a response tend to share the same basics, and every card we design follows them:

  • One clear offer. One service and one reason to act now, like a spring cleanup opening, a first visit offer or a seasonal check.
  • Real photos. Your crew, your shop, your food or your work beats stock photos every time.
  • A headline people can read from across the kitchen. Short and big, with your name easy to spot.
  • An easy next step. Your phone number, a QR code to your site and a short link people can type.
  • Proof you are nearby and trusted. The towns you serve and a short review from a real customer.
  • A big card. Our 6x9 card is larger than a standard 4x6 postcard, printed in full color on both sides on heavy stock.

We write the copy, lay out the card and send you a proof within 2 business days. Nothing prints until you approve it.

When to mail, and how often

Timing matters as much as the card. A few habits help:

  • Mail before the season, not during it. Cards arrive about 2 to 3 weeks after you approve the proof, so plan back from when people start calling.
  • Follow your jobs. Cards to the neighbors around a job you just finished put your name on the street while your truck is still a familiar sight.
  • Reach new movers. Recent home buyers are choosing new shops and service pros all at once.
  • Repeat what works. People often need to see your name more than once. A monthly mailing keeps you in front of the same area with a fresh card each time.
  • Bring past customers back. A come back card to people who have not visited in a while is often the easiest win in the mailbox.

What postcard marketing costs

The total cost of a postcard mailing comes from five pieces: design, the address list, printing, postage and the work to prepare and drop the mail. When you compare quotes, ask which of those are included.

  • Our packages include all five. One mailing: 250 cards for $695, 500 for $1,250, 1,000 for $1,795 or 2,000 for $2,995. Monthly: 500 for $1,250, 1,000 for $1,795 or 2,000 for $2,995 a month, at the same price per card.
  • EDDM postage for comparison. USPS lists EDDM Retail postage at $0.26 per piece for flats up to 3.3 ounces (checked October 26, 2026). Printing, design and drop off are on top of that, and the card goes to every address on the route.
  • No setup fee. Postcards are a separate add-on, billed apart from System, System+ and System++. You can order them on their own.

How to tell if your postcards worked

Every mailing gets its own QR code and short link, so the visits it brings are counted apart from your other traffic. About 14 days after the estimated delivery date you get a short report with cards mailed, QR scans, web visits and form requests for the dates covered, and every 30 days on a monthly package. Ask new callers how they heard about you too, since many people simply pick up the phone.

Postcards bring people to you. What happens next decides how many become customers, which is why they pair well with call answering and estimate follow-up on System.

Postcard marketing questions, straight answers

How much does it cost to mail 500 postcards?

It depends on the size, the mail class, the list and who does the design. With us, 500 premium targeted 6x9 postcards cost $1,250, or $2.50 a card, and that covers design, the address list, printing, postage and mailing. If you do it all yourself, you pay separately for printing, postage, a list if you need one, and your own time to design and prepare the mailing.

What is the cheapest way to mail 1000 postcards?

The cheapest way is usually Every Door Direct Mail, where you pick postal routes and the post office delivers to every address on them. USPS lists EDDM Retail postage at $0.26 per piece (checked October 26, 2026), plus printing. It is cheap because you mail everyone on the route, including people who will never need you. Targeted mail costs more per card but goes only to the homes you choose.

What is the difference between EDDM and direct mail?

EDDM is one kind of direct mail. With EDDM you choose postal carrier routes and every address on those routes gets the same piece, addressed to Postal Customer. With targeted direct mail, each card is addressed to a specific home picked from a list, so you can choose homeowners, home values, recent buyers or the neighbors of your own jobs. Our postcards are targeted and addressed, not EDDM.

What does EDDM stand for?

EDDM stands for Every Door Direct Mail. It is a USPS service that delivers your mail to every address on the carrier routes you select, without a mailing list or names on the pieces.

Does postcard marketing still work?

It can, when the card reaches the right homes with a clear offer and an easy next step. A postcard sits on the counter for days, and people can scan a QR code or type a short link when they are ready. No one can honestly promise results. We show you what each mailing did: cards mailed, QR scans, web visits and form requests.

How often should I send postcards?

One mailing is a good test. Many shops then mail every month or each season, since people often need to see your name more than once before they call. Our monthly packages send a fresh card and a fresh list every month at the same price per card as a single mailing.

Are the postcards extra?

Yes. Premium targeted postcards are a separate add-on, billed separately from System, System+ and System++. No plan includes postcards. One mailing: 250 cards for $695, 500 for $1,250, 1,000 for $1,795 or 2,000 for $2,995. Monthly: 500 for $1,250, 1,000 for $1,795 or 2,000 for $2,995 a month.

Can I mail just once?

Yes. A one-time mailing costs the same per card as monthly, with no monthly discount, so you can try one mailing first.

Can I buy postcards on their own?

Yes. You can order postcards without System. If you also want calls answered, follow-ups, reviews and your website handled, add System at $279/mo.

Who picks where the cards go?

We do it together: the addresses you want to reach, the kinds of homes that fit your jobs, and your own past customers if you like. We build the list in-house and check it against USPS address and move records. You choose who gets them: the areas you work, homeowners, home value and age, recent home buyers, or your own past customers.

Is design extra?

No. Design and copy are included in every package and every mailing. You approve the proof before anything prints.

Who prints the cards?

Printed and mailed by a national commercial print partner. Every card is printed on heavy stock in full color. We handle the list, design, proof, order and mailing, so you deal only with us.

How do I see results?

Each mailing gets its own QR code and short link. Your report shows cards mailed, QR scans, web visits and form requests (people who typed the short link), with the dates covered.

Can you promise results?

No. A postcard puts your offer in front of people. We don't promise leads or jobs.
