Can you update my hours when I change them?
Yes, after you add us as a manager on your profile.
Can you take orders online?
Yes. Ordering is a $99/mo add-on. Your phone line takes the order, reads it back, and sends it directly into your Clover or Square. No second iPad, no extra account. Customers can pay at pickup. If you set up card payments, they can also pay by card, online or by phone. With the caller's OK, the phone line texts them a link to pay, sent from your shop's number. The money goes straight to your own account. We take 2% of each order paid through our checkout or phone payment link, and you pay card fees through your existing processor (Clover, Square, etc.) at your own rate. The 2% is built into online prices. There's no fee on pay-at-pickup, your own pay links or Shopify links.
Is texting extra?
No. Texting is included in every plan. Carrier registration takes a week minimum, so texting turns on as soon as the carriers approve it, about 1 to 2 weeks after signup. Premium targeted postcards and ordering are the only add-ons, billed separately. We text only customers who opted in.
Do you work with shops outside my area?
Yes. We work with independent businesses nationwide, not just one region. Setup is online and support is by email and phone.
